HA! Saw your comment right away cause I get e-mailed... Yeah you got me. This damn blog thing. Who has time to type his thoughts into the computer for the world to see? Who really cares? No offence to you bloggers out there.

Now Photos! I can see that being important to post and maybe some little comment about those. So I do owe some update here and will get around to it some day.

Well between how long you've extended the family blog, how often you leave a taste morsel to catch up on, and your general dislike of computers (oh yeah, and the house? - don't burn out those adrenals!) I'm curious as to how long it will be before you actually read this? :-)

it's April 30th now.... hmmmm.....

I've moved in with Annette in a nice 3 bedroom overlooking the San Lorenzo River a couple miles outside of Santa Cruz - I'm back in some mountains - or at least mountainous terrain! Talk to you soon I hope!!

War is a money maker, just not for the government. The folks who make all the money is the military industrial complex which Eisenhower warned us about. (text of his speech http://www.eisenhower.archives.gov/farewell.htm) Really scary how his predictions have come true.

holy cow! that's crazy! O_o Kind of makes you sick. And I thought war was a money MAKER. Sounds like either a) it is a money maker and then government is spending said money somewhere useless or b) war is a money waster and we're racking up the debt by spending it...yikes...

I did not know about the money lost by the Pentagon. Either way, I am just absolutely shocked at how our country continues to put itself into debt. How can we not expect to be just the big losers in the end of all of that?? It really burns my cookies.
